Delivery Policy

Your goods will be delivered via reliable courier service operating in Sri Lanka. Goods will be handed over to the courier within no more than 3 days after getting the payment, unless specified (If our team is unavailable, it will be notified in advance). The packages will then be delivered within 2 to 7 working days. Please note the courier may not operate during public holidays and weekends. Once the order is handed over to the courier, we have little to no control over the delivery process. 

We are only able to provide our goods for pre-paid customers. You can make the payment via the Payment Gateway provider or through Bank Transfer. Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery service due to the nature of our products.

We only deliver within Sri Lanka. Contact us for more details, if you wish to deliver our products to other territories.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please use a reliable courier service to send us back the product. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or will issue a voucher as per your requirement. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
